Aaron is the chair of the board of directors at Social Venture Partners Tucson. He has also served as SVPs board Treasurer and has been a key contributor to the Fast Pitch Program and event. Aaron and his wife Stephanie Bowers have ben SVP partners for seven years.

Of the 6,500 UBS advisors in the United States, Aaron is one of approximately 120 who have been admitted into the UBS Institutional Consulting Group, empowering Aaron to work with some of UBS’ most sophisticated, largest, and complex clients as a fiduciary.
Aaron’s experience serving a diverse set of clients has imparted the importance of financial literacy and education for families to be able to move through life with the most options and opportunities possible. He’s seen firsthand how having access to financial skills can transform the futures of parents and their children for years to come. He is passionate about utilizing philanthropy to move resources to where they are needed most.
Prior to returning to his childhood home of Tucson, Arizona and joining UBS, Aaron served as a senior aide on Capitol Hill for the Joint Economic Committee of Congress (JEC) and as a high-level advisor to key members of the Senate Banking Committee and House Financial Services Committee Including current Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer and Chair of the House Committee on Oversight and Reform Congresswoman Carolyn B. Maloney. At the age of 24, and during the heart of the global financial crisis, Aaron was named as the Press Secretary for the JEC, making him one of the youngest ever to serve in such a high-profile role on Capitol Hill.
In addition to his work with SVP, Aaron also serves as the Vice Chair of the Center for Jewish Philanthropy. In 2015, Aaron was honored as one of Southern Arizona’s 40 under 40. Aaron is a Flinn Brown Fellow, is active with the University of Arizona Alumni Association, the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity, and numerous other local non-profits throughout Southern Arizona.
